Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy

Mattresses:

Pillows and Linens:
Due to the personal nature, all pillows, linens and mattress protectors cannot be exchanged or returned.  We do this to ensure that all products are delivered brand new.

Love Your Bed Guarantee

  • Exchanges are eligible for all In-Store purchases
  • Exchanges for internet sales depend on location and are subject to applicable shipping fees. *Inquire with the web sales department.*
  • Customer must sleep on their new mattress for at least 30 days before an exchange can be processed
  • One comfort exchange offered per purchase.
  • Sleep City highly recommends that Montana customers take advantage of our Red Carpet Delivery Service to deliver your new mattress and pick up the exchange. This will ensure that your exchanged mattress remains in a sanitary and stain-free condition, which is required for a return. This service is available to Montana customers only.
  • All factory tags and labels must be kept intact for exchanges.
  • Mattress must remain free of bodily fluids, stains, rips, tears and noxious odors such as cigarette smoke. To protect your bed and your 100 Night Love Your Bed Guarantee, we recommend purchasing our mattress protector that is guaranteed to protect against staining for 10 years.
  • Mattress must be supported by a matching or factory approved foundation and frame.
  • An exchange fee of $99 will be assessed to all comfort exchanges within select areas of Montana. This fee includes delivery or pick-up services, handling, and repackaging.
  • Exclusions include pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and all clearance products; such as floor models, discontinued, damaged or closeout items. These items are sold “as is”.
  • Adjustable bases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • To process an exchange, please call the store where the purchase was made.

  • If an item arrives damaged during shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and call us immediately at 1-877-246-7533 so that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement (at no cost to you).

Return Policy

  • Any delivered mattress purchase is not eligible for return. Mattress purchases can be exchanged within 100 nights. (See Love Your bed Guarantee).  No cash back.
  • Due to the personal nature, all pillows, linen and mattress protectors cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All promotional items including bedding accessories or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.  If the customer receives these items prior to the delivery of a mattress and cancels the mattress purchase for any reason, the customer will be responsible to pay the full retail value of the non-returnable items.

Order Cancellations

  • Any mattress purchase canceled prior to delivery will receive an 80% refund.  Promotional items received prior to delivery of the mattress must be paid in full.
